1 General Provisions

w3333 is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These Terms are written in English and all operations are conducted following Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

• Accessing and using the platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2 Account Registration

To register at w3333, users must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• A maximum of one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Information provided at the time of registration must remain accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account username and password confidential.
• Any security breach of the account must be reported to w3333 support immediately.
• w3333 may request documents at any time for identity verification.

3 Age Restrictions

The w3333 platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Use by minors is legally prohibited and strictly forbidden by us.

• At the time of registration, users must confirm that they are at least 21 years of age.
• w3333 may request age verification documents (national ID card or passport) at any time.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until age verification is completed.
• If a user is proven to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions at w3333 are governed by the following policies. We currently support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay payment methods.

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.
• Deposited funds may only be used for the purpose of betting or playing games.
• The name on the deposit must match the registered name on the account; otherwise the transaction may be rejected.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the method and in the name registered on the account.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the w3333 platform. Strict action will be taken against anyone who violates these prohibitions.

• Any attempt to cheat, commit fraud, or deceive the betting system.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Betting on behalf of others or for a third party.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

w3333 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close an account in the following circumstances.

Temporary Suspension

• During the identity verification process.
• During investigation of suspicious transactions or account activity.
• At the user's own request for a voluntary break.

Permanent Closure

• If prohibited activity is proven.
• If registration was completed with false information.
• If age verification reveals the user is a minor.
• If multiple accounts are being operated.
